Certified Weather Records – NOAA National Data Climatic Center

You can issue subpoenas requesting certified weather data from NOAA’s National Data Climatic Center (NCDC) in Asheville, North Carolina. The NCDC is the custodian of weather records, and certifies that the documents are authentic and true copies of meteorological records on file at NCDC.
