The Fine Print:
The editors of this blog make reasonable efforts to keep all subpoena contact information accurate and up to date. However, all information is offered on an “as-is” basis and is not warranted against errors or omissions. Nobody pays us to post this information. It is provided at no cost to our readers. We try hard to give you a phone number and/or email address with all listings. You should contact the subpoenaed party to double-check the accuracy of subpoena compliance addresses, fax numbers and/or email addresses. SubHQ is not liable for any consequential damages that may arise from use of outdated or inaccurate information contained herein.
The authors of this website are not affiliated, in any way, shape or form, with any of the entities listed on this website. We offer a specialized directory of contact information for subpoena compliance departments of various companies. What is a “subpoena compliance department?” A Subpoena Compliance Department is a department of a company, usually a large company, whose job is to receive subpoenas (and sometimes law enforcement warrants), review them for legal accuracy, and then obtain the records requested in those subpoenas and warrants and produce them to the party who served the subpoena or warrant. These departments are often affiliated with the (in-house) legal departments of these companies.
They are not customer service representatives. Subpoena compliance employees cannot resolve disputes with account holders. Account holders needing to resolve account related issues are encouraged to call the telephone number, or use other contact methods, provided to them on their account statements or account-related correspondence.
